On the night of Nov. 11, Williams and an accomplice allegedly took a car at gunpoint from an Uber driver picking up a passenger at an Ikea store, the federal prosecutor's office said in a statement.
The second victim was a woman who left her car running outside a Wawa, approximately a mile from the first crime scene. She left the store to confront Williams, then held on to the driver's side door as he drove away.
"After hanging on for about nine to 10 feet, the victim let go and the defendant fled in her car," the statement said.
Williams pleaded guilty Dec. 17 to two counts of carjacking and one charge of using a gun during a crime of violence.
Williams faces a mandatory minimum sentence of seven years in prison, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
